Greetings Angela,

People are still listening to the recording you did of our 4.5 hour teleconference,

and they continue to send me requests for free assistance.

It was my understanding that I would help people who were listening in real-time, BUT

I was not told to expect requests from people who would listen to the recording you made

out into some undefined future.

Would you kindly issue a short announcement that my office is not a charity,

nor a welfare office? This is a business office and, if people want to subscribe

to our discussion list, it's only $10 per month for all remaining months in this

calendar year:

(we do renewals only once per year, to minimize office red tape)

If they can't afford a measly $10 per month, I can't afford to help them for free.

If your callers object to the fact that I operate my office as a business,

THAT'S TOUGH!! I have bills to pay, like any other business, and

by running this office as a small business, I don't need to depend

on any government "hand-outs" or other welfare-type assistance.

Call it a consulting practice -- call it what you want -- however,

I am growing very irritated that so many Americans have been

effectively brainwashed into expecting free services and free handouts.

To put it bluntly, they "got me for free" for four and one-half hours;

if they don't appreciate that GIFT, I don't want them in my life.

I believe the most appropriate word here is "respect".

p.s. This is how we separate the freeloaders from willing clients here.
